Amy Adams 'Meryl Streep is Miss Piggy?'

Amy Adams has likened Meryl Streep to Miss Piggy!

The Enchanted star says her Oscar winning Julia and Julia costar is not so far removed from her Muppet Movieleading lady.

“Miss Piggy and Meryl Streep are both blonde and they both have huge reputations,” explains Amy.

“They have also both been a huge influence on my life. I feel very lucky to have worked with both of them.”

Amy who has an 19-month-old daughter, Aviana, with fiance Darren Le Gallo recently admitted she doesn’t make motherhood seem easy.

“I’m definitely not one of those women who make [motherhood] look easy,” she said.

“I’m always running late and look, there’s guacamole on my purse! But I’m more patient than I ever thought I would be, and I’m not hard on myself anymore.”
