Lenny Kravitz has an easy rider.
The 47-year-old singer is currently in the middle of a world tour but there is none of the white lily or exotic food demands associated with many megastar performers.
“I don’t ask for anything,” says Lenny. “I don’t do the whole rider, rock star thing. I should do it but I don’t believe in ordering things just to waste them. Some water and some towels is fine.”
Lenny recently revealed he lives in a “trailer” on the beach in the Bahamas.
The 47-year-old singer says he feels most “at home” on the island of Eleuthera the birthplace of his mother and found inspiration for his new album Black And White America during his time there.
“It is the place I feel the most at home. I’ve been there on and off since I was five and lived there the last two years,” said the star, who recently sold his house in New York but has permanent home in Paris.
“I live in a trailer on the beach, low key with a dog, a hammock and a jeep I bought when my first album came out. I wake up at night hearing music, I hear it walking down the road in the trees, so it’s conducive to creativity.”
