Henry Cavill 'I love my muscles'

Henry Cavill loves his muscles so much that he gets all emotional when he’s forced to not pump up!

The Brit actor says he was shocked at how he reacted to having to put on weight and not work out following his rippling performance as a Greek god in new movie Immortals.

“Straight after shooting Immortals I was onto the next movie but I didn’t need the muscles,” explains Henry.

“I was eating pizza and drinking beer all the things I couldn’t do before. And it was actually quite emotional to do that. It felt like a really big deal. I can never look at a pizza in the same way!”

Henry recently admitted pinching one of the famous red and blue suits from the set of the new Superman movie, Man of Steal, to help give his nights out a flying start.

“I dressed up as Superman this last Halloween,” admits Henry. “It was great.

“It’s not the first time I’ve done it either. I think all of my brothers did at some stage. I’ve even got photos of my little nephews in Superman outfits.”
