Liza Minnelli's dog breaks her leg

Liza Minnelli broke her leg after tripping over her dog.

The 65-year-old Hollywood legend bust her right limb in three places after accidentally falling over her pet pooch.

The Cabaret star was spotted being pushed around New York in a wheelchair and told reporters how she hurt herself.

“I’ve busted my leg in three places, generally that calls for concern,” she said.

“I tripped over my dog. Of all things I’ve done and I break my leg tripping over my dog!”

Perhaps Liza will be nursed back to health by one of the “few people” she is dating.

The singer-and-actress who was previously wed to cabaret performer Peter Allen, director Jack Haley, Jr. sculptor Mark Gero and David Gest recently revealed she is romancing more than one man and has stopped taking relationships seriously.

“I’m just seeing a few people. I have a couple of people and I’m not saying anything else, so let’s not go there,” she said.

“Why on earth should I get married? I can’t have kids. When you get to a certain age it’s not important anymore. It’s different for everybody, but for me it’s just ridiculous. If you love somebody, you love them.”
