Patti Lupone has work hard to stay in shape.
The busty Broadway diva, 62, is open about the work her profession requires.
“I have to maintain every part of my body, most especially my voice. The older you get, the more you have to work to be limber,” she said.
“I’ve been injured from constant repetition. I’ve had to be really careful. It’s a very physical business, especially theatrical-stage work.
“I was surprised at my career. I never know in which direction I’ll be going. I don’t plan ahead.”
